Such Declarations do
provide opportunities for the member countries to discuss among themselves
as how to combat terrorism. But, member countries should also find out the
causes as to why terrorism takes place. Prevention is better than cure, and
to cure terrorism one has to go back to the history to find out the causes of
the terrorism.
There
is a big difference between the state terrorism and the separatist movements.
Why the separatist movements do take place? one can find the answer if we just
study the case of Kashmir in true sense, where Kashmiris are fighting for their
rights for last 55 years. The world community has completely failed to stop
the worst state terrorism by the Indian Army and the it’s ruthless police
in occupied Kashmir, due to which thousands of innocent Kashmiri people have
been killed.
All the peacekeeping resolutions (efforts) in held Kashmir have desperately
ended in smoke. The UN resolution for having plebiscite for the
Kashmiri people for their right of self-determination has been completely
ignored by the Indian government and no other government around the world have
ever taken seriously the task to resolve the Kashmir issue.
What
the world is witnessing the worst today in the South East Asia is due to the
ignorance of Kashmir issue. Kashmir issue is not an issue only between India and
Pakistan but this has now emerged to be an international issue and if the
leading powers in the world will not bring India on the negotiating table for
peaceful resolution to the burning issue, there is a possibility that the
history of 1945 will be repeated. It will, then, be holocaust everywhere in the
region. The world will also suffer badly from its most horrible effects.
India
does not want any mediation by the world leaders as India is quite sure that if
the world leaders will interfere in Kashmir issue, India will have to accept the
rights to the Kashmiri people to decide their own fate. It is a time when
peace-loving countries of the world should make all possible diplomatic efforts
and ask India to restore peace in the region. It is only possible when India
will initiate by pulling its troops out from Pakistan borders back to the peace
time position.
If
Kashmiris are asking for their rights it cannot be called as separatist
movement. The United Nation and the peace loving countries in the world should
ask the Indian government to give the legitimate rights to Kashmiri people, so
that the honour and dignity of the Kashmiris could be restored.

Pakistan is going to be effected by this declaration in particular and Muslims
in the entire world in general. Why the declaration didn't talk about the
Hindu's extremist killing Muslims in occupied Kashmir and Gujrat? Because,
these massacres are backed by world super powers. Pakistan is going to be
tested more after this.

Nothing new came up except a trivial thought in form of joint patrolling. Little realising that joint patrolling is done when two Nations share common views and consensus on a problem not that when Forces are sitting eye ball to eye ball. Well, it looks desperately absurd.
Almaty
declaration is very good and should be respected by the either side.

Almaty summit is a useless summit, a summit without objective and hope.

The Almaty
declaration is nothing than a slap on the face of those human beings who want to
live honourably and independently. This again demonstrates that regional
political interests carry more weight than the right of self determination of
individual human.

It is a fair declaration.

On
the Almaty declaration my comments are that using current space camera
technology and communication technology people to people and government to
government contact can be established such a way that infiltration of
individuals is no longer necessary to promote just causes.

Almaty
conference have not come up with any new resolution. No countries other than
Pakistan talked about the implementation of UN resolutions in letter and spirit. The
real resolution should have been to give Kashmiri people
their right of self determination, which is the root cause of
this current problem. India, by not allowing foreign countries to intervene or
even observe the line of control, is making it clear what its real intention is.
They won't be able to blame Pakistan for any thing, which they are doing now in
order to fool their own masses to gain few votes.
To win the heart of people, each and every member of the present Indian cabinet
is talking about teaching Pakistan a lesson. Singing song of "bilateral
solution" and never allowing it to discuss beyond a certain point
will only prolong this stand-off.

Almaty Declaration is a step to a right
direction if intentions behind it are also based on sincerity, truth, justice
and fair play. The Declaration shall benefit those who really want benefits.

Under the
Almaty declaration the nations have pledged to eliminate terrorism. This
declaration, therefore, is of special concern to Pakistan.
